----------------- THE ANEMOI ---- Welcome to the herd of the Anemoi. For centuries the Anemoi have been fighting against the Tritones. The Anemoi, cloistered for years in the harsh regions of the Westland, have survived and become a formidable race, one to be reckoned with. They do not take kindly to traitors, and are rarely thought well of by outsiders because of their fierce resentment for the eastern Tritones. Anemoi are brought up to hate Tritones, and most end up as thieves and fierce warriors who think highly of the gods.
POPULATION: two. ------- the monarchy ---
king; marek queen; none heir; none princes; none princesses; none ------- the nobles ---

Marek is a hard leader, but will strive to protect the members of his herd with all he has. There are several ranks, and rules that must be obeyed. These are as follows:
The lead stallion has the right to breed with any and all mares of his herd that he has claimed, excluding his second-in-command's lady and the claimed mares brought to the herd. He has the right to accept and decline potential members, the right to block his mares in a steal, and to claim mares from the Neutral Lands to add to his herd. He can choose whichever mare he wishes to be his lead mare. The lead mare has a standing above regular herd members, but not above the lead stallion. She can accept or reject potential members. She is NOT permitted to breed with any stallion but the lead. Any children that the lead stallion and mare have together become princes and princesses, with the eldest son becoming the heir.
The second-in-command has the right to claim two mares, but he may only choose one as his lady. Their children (the second and the lady's) have a standing between the leads' children and children of the herd. The lady cannot be bred to by the king or any other stallion. The second-in-command can only breed with the mares that he claims.
All other stallions may claim up to two free mares, and they may not breed with any other claimed mares. Mares follow the same rules.
Juveniles are herd members who are one to two years of age. Fillies cannot be claimed by a stallion until they are three years old. Foals are herd members under one year of age.
