The Lost River

The Lost River is a freshwater river that flows through almost all of Asadenn providing almost everywhere with water. In areas the river is tranquil and calm, deep enough for any adult horse to relax and keep cool, though foals need to have a constant eye on them to be sure they do not drown. In other places the water becomes dangerous with rapids and large rocks that could sweep away practically anyone whose footing slipped.
